Choice of Caesar or Vinaigrette salad

Main course

  • Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts

    Stuffed with roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese, draped with grilled leek puree served with herb roasted new potatoes and vegetables.

  • Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon

    Crusted in a mixture of sesame seeds drizzled with mango coconut cream sided by rice pilaf and vegetables.

  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin

    Finished with caramelized shallot and port wine reduction accompanied by Yukon gold mash and vegetables

  • Thai Vegetable Bowl

    A flavourful combination and fresh vegetables sauteed in sesame, ginger and chilis then simmered in coconut milk and lime and tossed with rice noodles.
