    Fire grilled new york strip steak topped with shrimp sautéed in a chimichurri sauce, served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

  • Mexican Pork Tenderloin

    Pork tenderloin basted with Mexican adobo sauce topped with mango salsa served with herb roasted potatoes and vegetables.

  • Mumbai Coconut Chicken

    Pan fried chicken breast simmered in an indian coconut sauce topped apple chutney served with rice and vegetables.

  • Korean Marinated Salmon

    Grilled salmon filet basted with a Korean marinade served with thai coleslaw and rice.

  • San Miguel Pasta

    Sautéed zucchini noodles with avocado, tomato, lime, red onion, cilantro and garlic in a white wine sauce, served with garlic bread.
