    Grilled skewers (2) of beef, peppers, onions and zucchini and one skewer of shrimp withpeppers, onions and zucchini. Presented on mixed greens, drizzled with lemon vinaigrette andsided with roasted potatoes.

  • Spiced Rum and Honey Glazed Chicken

    Grilled breasts of chicken coated with a spiced rum and honey glaze; served with sweet potatofries and vegetables.

  • Miso and Maple Glazed Salmon

    Grilled salmon basted with miso and maple glaze; served with basmati rice and vegetables.

  • Fusilli with Grilled Vegetables and Feta Cheese

    Grilled mixed peppers, zucchini, red onions, portobello mushrooms and feta cheese tossed withfusilli noodles.
